The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking a front-end supervisor for our Phoenix, AZ area TJ Maxx store. You will lead Associates at the front of the store, promote loyalty programs, and deliver an outstanding customer experience.

You will train staff, coordinate POS coverage, and ensure compliance with labor laws while maintaining store standards and safety. This role requires flexibility, strong communication, and teamwork.

Qualificações

• 1 year retail experience.
• 6 months of leadership experience.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsabilidades

• Promote an excellent customer experience.
• Oversee a team of associates at front of store.
• Promote loyalty programs and accuracy in POS coverage.
• Train and coach Associates on front-end principles.
• Ensure adherence to labor laws and store policies.
