The TJX Companies, Inc. in New York is seeking a front-end leader to oversee Associates, promote loyalty programs, and deliver outstanding customer service. You will lead by example, train staff, and ensure a clean, efficient store environment.

Responsibilities include POS coverage, addressing customer concerns, and coordinating breaks while maintaining policy compliance and labor standards. Flexible schedule including nights/weekends is required.

Qualificações

• 1 year retail experience
• 6 months leadership experience
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Understanding of merchandising techniques
• Able to train others
• Team player with flexibility to work nights/weekends

Responsabilidades

• Oversees a team of Associates at front of store, ensuring prompt, courteous customer service and promotion of loyalty programs.
• Leads by example, engages with customers, and maintains a clean, organized store.
• Trains and mentors Associates on front end principles and loyalty programs.
• Manages POS coverage, assigns registers, and coordinates breaks.
• Addresses customer concerns promptly to ensure a positive experience.
• Ensures adherence to labor laws, policies, and store procedures.
