Job summary

TJ Maxx in the United States is seeking a front-of-store leadership role to promote an excellent customer experience in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will oversee a team of Associates at the front of the store, model outstanding service, and ensure loyalty programs are promoted while maintaining store standards. This is a role focused on training, coaching, and collaboration with management to meet store goals.

Qualifications

• 1 year of retail experience and at least 6 months of leadership experience.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to train others and work flexible schedule including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Oversees a team of Associates at front of store to ensure prompt, courteous service.
• Promotes loyalty programs and trains associates on frontline principles.
• Assigns registers and coordinates breaks, ensuring POS coverage.
• Maintains store cleanliness and adheres to labor laws and policies.
