Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking a front-of-store leadership role at our Atlanta area TJ Maxx location. You will guide a team of Associates to deliver exceptional customer service, promote loyalty programs, and maintain a clean, organized selling floor.

This role emphasizes mentorship, schedule flexibility, and strong merchandising know-how. Ideal candidates will have at least 1 year of retail experience with leadership exposure, excellent communication skills, and the ability to train others

• Flexible schedule including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Promotes an excellent customer experience.
• Oversees front-of-store Associates and ensures prompt, courteous service.
• Trains and mentors Associates on front-end principles and loyalty programs.
• Assigns registers, coordinates POS coverage, and manages breaks.
• Ensures adherence to labor laws, safety standards, and store policies.
