Responsibilities

• Promote an excellent customer experience.
• Oversee a team of associates at the front of store ensuring prompt, courteous service and loyalty promotions.
• Lead by example, engage with customers, and maintain a clean, organized store.
• Train and mentor associates on front-end principles and loyalty programs.
• Manage registers and POS coverage, and coordinate breaks.
