Responsibilities

• Oversees a team of associates at front of store, ensuring prompt, courteous service and loyalty program promotion.
• Trains and mentors associates on front-end principles and personalized customer experiences.
• Manages registers and POS coverage, coordinates breaks, and addresses customer concerns promptly.
