Job summary

Marshalls in Fredericksburg, VA is seeking a front-end leader to oversee a team of Associates and promote an exceptional customer experience. You will model service excellence, mentor staff, and coordinate POS coverage while upholding store standards and policies.

Ideal candidates have 1 year of retail and 6 months in a leadership role, and must be able to work nights and weekends. Starting pay ranges from $15.50 to $16.00 per hour in a dynamic store setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year retail experience and 6 months of leadership experience
• Promotes loyalty programs and handles POS coverage
• Ensures adherence to labor laws and company policies

Responsibilities

• Oversee front-of-store operations and ensure prompt, courteous customer service
• Train and mentor Associates on front-end principles
• Assign registers and coordinate breaks for all Associates
• Address customer concerns and promote loyalty programs
• Ensure store tasks align with plan and communicate priorities to team
• Support management on Associate training needs to improve effectiveness
• Maintain a safe store environment in compliance with policies
• Assist with shrink reduction initiatives and safety routines
