Marshalls, part of TJX Companies, is seeking a Front of Store Leader to deliver outstanding customer service and oversee a team in our Williamsburg store.

You’ll train Associates, staff registers, promote loyalty programs, and help meet store goals while upholding labor laws and safety.

We offer a competitive hourly wage ranging from $14.50 to $15.00, plus associate discounts and benefits.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience
• 6 months of leadership experience
• Strong customer service orientation

Responsibilities

• Promote an excellent customer experience.
• Oversee front-of-store Associates and POS coverage.
• Train and mentor Associates on front-end principles.
• Promote loyalty programs.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and store policies.
• Maintain a safe, clean store environment.
