Job summary

Marshalls in West Virginia is seeking a front-end supervisor to lead a team and ensure an outstanding customer experience at the store level. You will model service excellence, train Associates, and promote loyalty programs while maintaining a clean, organized environment.

Responsibilities include assigning registers, coordinating breaks, addressing customer concerns, and upholding labor laws and store policies. Flexible scheduling, including nights and weekends, is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of retail experience and 6 months in a leadership role.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and adapt to changing directions.
• Capable of working flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
• Strong merchandising knowledge and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Promotes an excellent customer experience by leading front-end team.
• Manages registers, POS coverage, and breaks for Associates.
• Trains and mentors front-end Associates on loyalty programs.
• Addresses customer concerns promptly and maintains store standards.
• Ensures adherence to labor laws and store policies.
• Fosters teamwork and communicates priorities to staff.
