Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking a Front-of-Store Leader for TJ Maxx in Waxahachie, TX. You will guide a team to deliver outstanding customer service, manage front-end operations, and promote loyalty programs.

Responsibilities include training Associates, coordinating POS coverage, and ensuring compliance with policies while maintaining a positive store environment and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Available to work flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
• 1 year of retail experience and 6 months of leadership experience.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Promote an excellent customer experience and lead by example.
• Oversee front-of-store Associates and ensure courteous service.
• Assign registers, coordinate breaks, and manage POS coverage.
• Train and coach Associates on front-end principles and loyalty programs.
• Ensure adherence to labor laws, policies, and procedures.
• Promote and participate in loyalty and credit programs.
