Job summary

Responsibilities

• Promotes an excellent customer experience and loyalty programs.
• Leads front-of-store operations and maintains a clean, organized store.
• Trains and mentors Associates on front-end principles.
• Assigns registers, manages POS coverage, and coordinates breaks.
• Addresses customer concerns promptly and effectively.
• Ensures adherence to labor laws, policies, and procedures.
• Promotes safety, shrink reduction goals, and supports management on training needs.
