Job summary

Five Below is seeking a Support Lead to help guide front-end operations and drive sales while ensuring a high level of customer service in a fast-paced store.

You will assist with bank deposits, cashiering, and daily store procedures, while coaching associates to uphold Five Below SOPs and brand standards. Flexible, hourly role with responsibilities across merchandising and customer engagement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year of management experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Wows customers through personal contact and service excellence.
• Lead front-end operations and assist with cashiering and customer flow.
• Train and coach associates to meet SOPs and standards.
• Monitor CSAT scores and drive sales while managing store activity.
• Ensure store cleanliness, safety, and appearance at all times.
• Open/close store procedures and assist in payroll and merchandising as needed.

Education

High School Diploma or equivalent

College experience preferred
