Job summary

Five Below is seeking a dynamic leader to ensure top-notch customer service and smooth front-end operations. You will train crew, lead the store to meet service goals, and assist in merchandising while maintaining brand standards.

You may step in for store manager as needed, recruit and coach staff, and help with opening/closing duties. The role starts at $15.00 per hour and supports a busy, fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent.
• College experience preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of management experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensures all crew members are Wowing the Customer through personal contact with customers.
• Trains the crew on the BEST customer service experience; ensuring a fast, friendly check out.
• Leads assigned store to achieve and maintain customer service score goals.
• Leads front end operations and merchandising to meet brand standards.
• Maintains front-end equipment in working order and trains associates where applicable.
• Responsible for opening and closing procedures and store cleanliness.
• Performs store manager duties in their absence and recruits/trains/coaches crew.
• Partners with store manager on merchandising and overall store needs.
