Job summary

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail experience preferred.
• Ability to lead, coach, and motivate associates in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to deliver excellent customer service across the store.
• Coordinate daily front-end operations and checkout flow.
• Direct associates during shifts and adjust priorities to meet business needs.
• Ensure accurate transactions and handle exchanges, returns, and service issues.
• Assist with merchandise flow, stocking, and floor organization.
