Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead front-end operations and deliver excellent customer service.
• Support and coordinate daily front-end operations and checkout flow.
• Direct associates during shifts and adjust priorities as needed.
• Ensure accurate transactions and resolve customer concerns.
• Maintain merchandising standards and store readiness.
• Assist with scheduling and opening/closing duties.
• Troubleshoot register issues to minimize disruptions.
• Partner with leadership to improve service and execution.
• Manage merchandise flow and stock areas.
• Reinforce policies and safety procedures.
