TJ Maxx in Traverse City, MI is hiring a front-of-store Associate to promote an excellent customer experience and support loyalty programs. The role leads by example, trains Associates, assigns registers, and ensures safety and policy compliance while delivering friendly service.

Flexible schedule including nights and weekends; strong merchandising and communication skills required; 1 year retail and 6 months leadership experience preferred. Competitive hourly pay and benefits offered.

Competenze

• Minimum 1 year retail experience.
• At least 6 months of leadership experience.
• Strong merchandising knowledge and technique.
