Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking a front-end supervisor for TJ Maxx in Holland, MI. You will lead a team of Associates at the front of the store, ensuring exceptional customer service, proper POS coverage, and adherence to store policies.

Responsibilities include coaching others, training on front-end principles, and actively promoting loyalty and credit programs to maximize the customer experience while maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Qualifications

• Strong merchandising techniques and store presentation.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Excellent communication with customers and team members.
• Solid organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Experience training or mentoring Associates on front-end processes.
• 1 year of retail experience and 6 months in a leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Promote an excellent customer experience and lead by example.
• Oversee front-of-store Associates to ensure prompt, courteous service and loyalty program promotion.
• Assign registers, manage POS coverage, and coordinate breaks.
• Address customer concerns promptly and maintain a clean, organized store.
• Provide training and coaching on customer service and loyalty programs.
