• Ability to train others and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible schedule including nights and weekends
• Promotes loyalty programs and accurate POS operations

Responsibilities

• Creates a positive customer experience for internal and external customers
• Leads and mentors Associates on front-end principles
• Trains and coaches on personalizing the customer experience and loyalty programs
• Manages registers and coordinates breaks; supports POS coverage
• Addresses customer concerns promptly
• Ensures tasks align with store plan and priorities
