Five Below in Augusta, ME is seeking an hourly store leadership role. You will train crew, lead front-end operations, and ensure a fast, friendly checkout while upholding brand standards and safety.

You will collaborate with the store manager to recruit, coach, and supervise staff, manage opening/closing, and keep the store clean and stocked. Flexibility for day/evening/weekends and possible overnight shifts; starting pay is $19.50 per hour.

Competenze

• High School Graduate or equivalent.
• College experience preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of management experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Mansioni

• Lead crew to deliver WOW customer service and training on BEST experience.
• Guide the store to meet customer service score goals set by District Manager.
• Oversee front-end operations and merchandising to brand standards.
• Ensure proper opening/closing, cleanliness and stock readiness.
• Cover store manager duties in their absence.
• Partner with the manager to recruit, train, coach and supervise crew.
• Communicate corporate messages and take appropriate action.
• Collaborate with leadership on merchandising and recovery procedures.
• Maintain store maintenance and housekeeping (trash, stock room).
• Perform additional duties as needed by the Store Manager.
