Five Below in Augusta, ME is seeking an energetic Store Manager on Duty to lead daily store operations, ensure a fast, friendly checkout, and deliver a WOW customer experience that keeps guests coming back.

You will train and supervise associates, oversee receiving and stock organization, drive sales through merchandising, manage cash handling and security during opening and closing, and partner with leadership to run an efficient, high-energy store.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to multi-task and stay composed under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations as Manager on Duty.
• Train crew on customer service and POS procedures.
• Assist with receiving, stocking and merchandising.
• Open or close the store and secure cash and alarms.
• Lead staff, manage schedules and address issues.
• Drive sales and control expenses through effective merchandising.
