Five Below is seeking a store leadership role in Meadville. You will wow customers, train crew, and lead front-end operations to meet brand standards while maintaining a clean, inviting store.

Responsibilities include opening/closing, stocking, coordinating merchandising, supervising associates, and partnering with the store manager to drive performance. The starting wage is $15 per hour with opportunities for growth and development.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent required.
• Minimum 2 years of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Creative thinking and composure under pressure.
• Flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends.
• Must be 18+ and able to perform all essential functions.

Responsibilities

• Wow customers through personal contact.
• Lead assigned store to achieve customer service scores.
• Manage front-end operations and merchandising to brand standards.
• Ensure front-end equipment is working and staff are trained.
• Open and close procedures; maintain store cleanliness.
• Perform store manager duties in absence.
• Recruit, train, coach, and supervise crew members.
• Review corporate communications and respond accordingly.
• Collaborate with store leadership on merchandising and recovery.
• Maintain stock room and store upkeep.
