Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Wows customers through personal contact and trains crew on the B.E.S.T. customer service experience.
• Oversee daily activities of store associates and ensure excellent service.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking and stocking for fast shelf availability.
• Act as Manager on Duty, handling store operations and staff management.
• Open/close responsibilities, securing cash, doors, alarms, and daily setup.
• Support onboarding and ongoing training of associates on policies and product knowledge.
• Drive store sales and control expenses through merchandising and service improvements.
• Collaborate with store leadership on merchandising and recovery tasks.
• Perform maintenance tasks including cleaning and stock room upkeep.
