Responsibilities

• Promote an excellent customer experience and loyalty programs.
• Lead and mentor front-end Associates; ensure courteous service.
• Assign registers and coordinate POS coverage and breaks.
• Address customer concerns promptly and professionally.
• Maintain store plan, prioritize tasks, and communicate priorities.
• Promote safety and comply with labor policies and procedures.
