Job summary

Marshalls in Corinth, MS, part of The TJX Companies, is seeking a front-end leader to promote an excellent customer experience. You will oversee a team of Associates at the front of the store, ensure courteous service, and support loyalty programs.

You will train and coach Associates, manage registers and breaks, and partner with Management to maintain store standards and safety. Flexible schedule including nights and weekends; competitive pay.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience and 6 months of leadership experience.
• Strong understanding of merchandising techniques.
• Capable of multi-tasking and adapting to changes.

Responsibilities

• Promote an excellent customer experience and lead front-end operations.
• Train and mentor Associates on front end principles and loyalty programs.
• Manage registers, POS coverage, and breaks; coordinate tasks.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and store policies.
• Collaborate with management to address customer concerns and improve service.
