Responsibilities

• Oversees a team of associates at front of store and ensures prompt, courteous customer service and promotion of loyalty programs.
• Trains and mentors associates on front-end principles and personalizing the customer experience.
• Assigns registers, supports POS coverage, and coordinates breaks for all associates.
• Addresses customer concerns promptly and maintains a positive customer experience.
• Ensures tasks are executed according to store plan and communicates priorities to management.
