Job summary

TJ Maxx, part of The TJX Companies, Inc., is seeking a front-line leader to ensure a superior customer experience at our Baxter, MN store. You will guide Associates, model service standards, and support loyalty programs while maintaining store standards and compliance.

The role requires strong communication, multitasking, and the ability to train others. A flexible schedule including some nights and weekends is expected in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of retail experience with leadership exposure.
• Strong communication and organizational skills are required.
• Ability to train and coach others while maintaining customer focus.

Responsibilities

• Promote an excellent customer experience at front of store.
• Oversee a team of associates and ensure prompt, courteous service.
• Lead by example; engage with customers and maintain a clean, organized store.
• Train and mentor associates on front-end principles and loyalty programs.
• Assign registers, coordinate breaks, and ensure POS coverage.
• Address customer concerns promptly and maintain positive service.
