Job summary

Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience and 6 months of leadership experience.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Able to train others and adapt to changes in direction or unexpected situations.

Responsibilities

• Promote an excellent customer experience.
• Oversee a team of Associates at front of store and manage loyalty programs.
• Train and coach Associates on front end principles and customer personalization.
• Assign registers and coordinate POS coverage and breaks.
• Address customer concerns and ensure a positive experience.
• Ensure adherence to labor laws, policies, and procedures.
