Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking a front-of-store leader to promote an excellent customer experience and supervise Associates at the front of the store. You will model strong service, train team members, and ensure smooth POS operations and coverage while maintaining a welcoming, organized shopping environment.

As part of TJX, you'll contribute to a culture of integrity and teamwork, with a focus on growth, development, and delivering value to customers through loyalty and promotional programs.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assign registers and coordinate POS coverage and breaks.

• Support management on training needs and adherence to policies.
