Qualifications

• Strong understanding of merchandising techniques.
• Capable of multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Team player with ability to collaborate with peers and supervisors.
• Able to train others and share front-end knowledge.
• 1 year retail experience and 6 months of leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Creates a positive internal and external customer experience
• Promotes loyalty programs and drives customer engagement
• Trains and mentors Associates on front-end principles
• Trains and coaches Associates on personalizing the customer experience while promoting loyalty programs
• Assigns registers and coordinates breaks; ensures POS coverage
• Addresses customer concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction
• Ensures adherence to store plans and labor policies
• Communicates priorities effectively with management and staff
• Promotes safety and a clean, organized store
• Other duties as assigned
