The TJ Maxx team in Carlisle, PA is seeking a front-of-store leader to deliver an exceptional customer experience. You will guide Associates, promote loyalty programs, and ensure smooth POS coverage while maintaining store standards.

Ideal candidates have retail experience and a documented ability to train others, with a flexible schedule including nights and weekends. You will help foster a cooperative team atmosphere and support company policies and safety practices.

Formación

• Strong understanding of merchandising techniques.
• Capable of multi-tasking while delivering quality customer service.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Able to train others and work well with peers and supervisors.
• Availability to work flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
• 1 year retail and 6 months of leadership experience.

Responsabilidades

• Oversees a team of Associates at front of store ensuring prompt, courteous customer service and promotion of loyalty programs.
• Trains and coaches Associates on personalizing the customer experience while promoting loyalty programs.
• Assigns registers, supports and responds to POS coverage needs, and coordinates breaks for all Associates.
• Addresses customer concerns and issues promptly, ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Ensures adherence to all labor laws, policies, and procedures.
• Promotes credit and loyalty programs.
• Promotes safety awareness and maintains a safe environment.
• Other duties as assigned
