Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience and at least 6 months in a leadership role.
• Strong merchandising knowledge and techniques.
• Ability to multitask and work nights/weekends.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Promotes an excellent customer experience.
• Oversees a team of Associates at front of store and ensures prompt, courteous service.
• Trains and coaches Associates on front-end principles and loyalty programs.
• Maintains a clean and organized store and ensures safety and policy compliance.
• Coordinates breaks and POS coverage, and responds to customer concerns promptly.
