Job summary

You will promote an excellent customer experience, lead a small team at the front of the store, and model outstanding customer service while maintaining a clean and organized environment. You will train others and support loyalty programs, with responsibilities including POS coordination, breaks, and adapting to store priorities.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience
• 6 months of leadership experience

Responsibilities

• Promotes an excellent customer experience.
• Oversees front-of-store Associates to ensure prompt, courteous service and loyalty-program promotion.
• Leads by example by engaging with customers and maintaining a clean/store organization.
• Trains and coaches Associates on front-end principles and loyalty programs.
• Coordinates breaks and POS coverage and communicates priorities to team.
