Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. in Chambersburg, PA is seeking a frontline store leader to promote an excellent customer experience, manage front-end operations, and support loyalty and credit programs. You will train Associates, supervise POS coverage, and ensure a clean, organized store.

You will lead by example, engage with customers, and ensure compliance with labor laws while maintaining a safe environment. Flexible scheduling including nights and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail and 6 months of leadership experience.
• Strong merchandising knowledge and ability to train others.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Promotes an excellent customer experience at front of store.
• Oversees a team of Associates at front of store ensuring prompt, courteous service and loyalty programs.
• Assigns registers, coordinates breaks, and provides POS coverage.
• Addresses customer concerns promptly and maintains store plans.
• Communicates priorities to management and staff and ensures safety and labor law compliance.
• Promotes credit and loyalty programs and supports shrink reduction goals.
