Job summary

Marshalls, part of The TJX Companies, Inc., is seeking a front-of-store leader to promote an excellent customer experience and supervise Associates. You will model outstanding service, oversee POS coverage, and support loyalty programs while maintaining a clean, organized store.

Available to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends; strong merchandising, communication, and teamwork skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience and 6 months of leadership experience.
• Strong Merchandising knowledge and customer service focus.
• Ability to train and mentor Associates on front end principles.

Responsibilities

• Creates a positive internal and external customer experience.
• Promotes a culture of honesty and integrity; maintains confidentiality.
• Trains and coaches Associates on personalizing the customer experience and loyalty programs.
• Assigns registers, supports POS coverage, and coordinates breaks.
• Addresses customer concerns promptly, ensuring a positive experience.
• Communicates priorities with management and Associates; tracks progress.
• Follows labor laws, policies, and safety procedures.
• Promotes and supports credit and loyalty programs.
