Job summary

Marshalls in Maplewood, MO is seeking a store leadership role focused on delivering an exceptional customer experience. You will oversee front‑of‑store Associates, train staff, manage POS coverage, and promote loyalty programs to drive sales and savings.

You will lead by example, maintain a positive work environment, and ensure compliance with labor laws while supporting store goals and safety programs.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail and 6 months of leadership experience
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Flexible schedule incl. nights and weekends
• Merchandising knowledge and customer focus

Responsibilities

• Promotes an excellent customer experience and leads by example on the sales floor
• Oversees a team of Associates at front of store and coordinates POS coverage
• Trains and mentors Associates on front end principles and loyalty programs
• Assigns registers and manages breaks; responds to customer concerns promptly
• Ensures adherence to labor laws, policies, and store procedures
• Promotes safety, shrink reduction goals, and returns/loyalty promotions
