Job summary

Qualifications

• 1 year retail and 6 months of leadership experience
• Strong communication and organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Create a positive customer experience and lead front-of-store team.
• Promote loyalty programs and customer service excellence.
• Train and mentor Associates on front-end principles.
• Manage POS coverage and breaks.
• Address customer concerns promptly to maintain satisfaction.
• Ensure tasks align with store plan and adapt priorities.
• Communicate priorities and provide progress updates to management.
• Support safety, labor law compliance, and loss prevention goals.
• Collaborate with management on training needs.
• Other duties as assigned.
