Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Promotes an excellent customer experience and oversees front-of-store associates.
• Manages POS coverage, breaks, and store responsibilities.
• Trains and mentors associates on front-end principles and loyalty programs.
• Ensures compliance with labor laws, policies, and procedures.
• Supports safety, shrink reduction goals, and service initiatives.
