Job summary

Marshalls in the USA Danville location is seeking a front-end leader to drive an excellent customer experience and supervise Associates at the front of store. You will promote loyalty programs, mentor others, and ensure a clean, organized store environment.

The role requires the ability to train teammates, manage registers, and coordinate breaks while delivering strong service and operational standards. Nights and weekends may be required.

Qualifications

• 1 year of retail experience and 6 months of leadership experience.
• Strong communication and attention to detail.
• Flexible schedule including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Promote an excellent customer experience and lead by example.
• Oversee front-of-store Associates and ensure loyalty program promotion.
• Assign registers, coordinate breaks, and maintain POS coverage.
• Ensure store area is clean, organized, and safety compliant.
• Train and mentor team on front-end principles and service standards.
