Responsibilities

• Oversee a team of Associates at front of store ensuring prompt, courteous customer service
• Promote loyalty programs and store promotions
• Assign registers and coordinate breaks for all Associates
• Address customer concerns promptly to ensure a positive experience
• Ensure adherence to labor laws, policies, and procedures
• Provide training and coaching to Associates on front-end principles
