• Lead front-end operations and checkout flow
• Direct associates during shift and adjust priorities
• Resolve customer concerns and escalate when needed
• Ensure merchandising standards and stock organization
• Perform opening and/or closing duties as assigned
• Assist with merchandise flow and stock in support areas
• Support scheduling of breaks and front-end coverage
• Troubleshoot register issues to minimize disruptions
