Responsibilities

• Lead front-end operations and checkout flow.
• Direct associates during shifts and adjust priorities to meet business needs.
• Ensure fast, friendly, and accurate transactions (sales/returns/exchanges).
• Resolve customer concerns and escalate issues when needed.
• Maintain merchandising standards and stock organization in support areas.
• Perform opening/closing duties and assist with front-end scheduling.
• Troubleshoot routine register issues to minimize service disruptions.
• Collaborate with store leadership to address service or execution gaps.
