Job summary

Burlington Stores in Rochester Hills is hiring a Full-Time Customer Experience Lead to drive a positive shopping experience. You’ll lead front-end operations, guide associates, and ensure the sales floor is organized and ready to serve customers.

You will manage checkout flow, support scheduling, and maintain merchandising standards while upholding Burlington’s values. Prior retail leadership desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead front-end operations and support checkout flow.
• Direct associates during shifts and adjust priorities to meet business needs.
• Ensure fast, friendly, and accurate transactions including returns and exchanges.
• Resolve customer concerns and escalate when needed.
• Maintain merchandising standards and stock organization in support areas.
• Perform opening and/or closing duties and assist with scheduling coverage.
• Troubleshoot routine register issues to minimize service disruptions.
• Collaborate with store leadership to address service or execution opportunities.
• Help with merchandise flow and store cleanliness.
