Job summary

Burlington Stores is seeking a Full-Time Customer Experience Lead in our Rochester store to drive exceptional customer service and smooth front-end operations. You will lead by example, supervise associates, manage checkout flow, and ensure a well-organized sales floor to serve customers efficiently.

The role requires strong communication, organizational skills, and the ability to adapt priorities quickly in a busy retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to deliver excellent customer service across the store.
• Support and coordinate daily front-end operations, including checkout flow and line management.
• Direct associates during shifts and adjust priorities to meet business needs.
• Ensure fast, friendly, and accurate transactions (sales, returns, exchanges).
• Help resolve customer concerns and escalate issues when needed.
• Perform opening and/or closing duties and assist with proper scheduling of breaks and front-end coverage.
