Job summary

Responsibilities

• Lead assigned store to achieve and maintain customer service score goals set by District Manager.
• Oversee front end operations and merchandising to meet brand standards.
• Ensure front-end equipment works and train associates for applicable services.
• Open and close procedures, maintain store cleanliness, and prep stock room.
• Perform store manager duties in the absence of the store manager.
• Partner with store manager to recruit, train, coach, develop and supervise crew members.
• Review corporate communications and respond accordingly.
