Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Woo customers with outstanding personal contact and service.
• Train crew on the BEST customer service experience.
• Oversee daily activities of store associates and ensure performance.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking and stocking on the floor.
• Act as Manager on Duty and handle store operations and staff.
• Open/close the store, secure cash, and maintain security.
• Support onboarding and ongoing training of associates.
• Drive store sales and control expenses through merchandising and service.
• Partner with leadership in merchandising and recovery processes.
• Perform store maintenance and cleanliness tasks.
