Job summary

• 1 year retail experience and 6 months of leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversees a team of Associates at front of store ensuring prompt, courteous customer service and promotion of loyalty programs.
• Creates a positive internal and external customer experience.
• Trains and mentors Associates on front-end principles and loyalty programs.
• Assigns registers, coordinates breaks, and supports POS coverage needs.
• Addresses customer concerns promptly and maintains store plan adherence.
• Ensures safety and adherence to labor laws and company policies.
• Partners with Management on training needs and performance feedback.
