Job summary

TJ Maxx Store Rocklin, operated by The TJX Companies, Inc., is seeking a front-of-store leader to deliver excellent customer service and coach a team of Associates. You will model friendly, efficient service and support loyalty programs while maintaining store standards.

Qualifications

• 1 year of retail experience and 6 months of leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversees a team of Associates at front of store to ensure prompt, courteous customer service and loyalty program promotion.
• Trains and mentors Associates on front end principles and personalized customer experiences.
• Assigns registers, coordinates breaks, and ensures adequate POS coverage.
• Addresses customer concerns promptly and maintains a clean, organized store.
• Ensures adherence to labor laws and company policies.
