TJ Maxx, a division of The TJX Companies, Inc., is seeking a Front-of-Store Supervisor to lead Associates, promote an exceptional customer experience, and ensure store standards. You will train teams, manage POS coverage, and support loyalty and security initiatives in Decatur, Alabama.

Ideal candidates bring at least 1 year of retail and 6 months of leadership experience, strong communication, and merchandising knowledge.

Qualifications

• 1 year of retail experience
• 6 months of leadership experience
• Ability to promote loyalty programs and customer service excellence
• Capable of training and mentoring front-end associates
• Promotes safety and maintains a clean, organized store

Responsibilities

• Creates a positive customer experience.
• Addresses customer concerns promptly and professionally.
• Trains and coaches Associates on front-end processes.
• Manages registers and POS coverage; coordinates breaks.
• Ensures labor laws, policies, and procedures are followed.
• Promotes loyalty programs and credit offerings.
