Marshalls, part of The TJX Companies, Inc., in Panama City Beach, FL, seeks a front-line leader to promote an outstanding customer experience. You will oversee Associates at the front of the store, model exemplary service, coach on loyalty programs, and ensure efficient POS coverage and mentoring.

Responsibilities include maintaining store standards, addressing customer concerns promptly, and supporting management with training and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience and 6 months of leadership experience.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to multi-task and adapt to changes in direction or unexpected situations.

Responsibilities

• Promotes an excellent customer experience and loyalty program participation.
• Leads by example, interacts with customers, and ensures front-of-store standards.
• Trains and mentors Associates on front-end processes and customer service.
• Assigns registers, supports POS coverage, and coordinates breaks for Associates.
• Addresses customer concerns promptly and maintains a clean, organized store.
