Job summary

Marshalls in Murfreesboro, TN, is hiring to promote an excellent customer experience. You’ll oversee a team of Associates at the front of the store, ensuring prompt, courteous service and promotion of loyalty programs, while modeling outstanding store operations.

You will train and coach Associates, manage register coverage, and coordinate breaks; maintain store cleanliness and safety, and communicate priorities with management.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail and 6 months of leadership experience.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Available to work flexible schedule including nights and weekends; able to train others.

Responsibilities

• Promotes a positive customer experience and supports loyalty programs.
• Assigns registers, coordinates breaks, and ensures POS coverage.
• Leads by example and trains Associates on front-end principles.
• Ensures compliance with store policies and labor laws.
• Maintains a clean, organized store and promotes safety.
